All employees need a visa stamp on their passports to change their status from expatriates to residents in the UAE. Our P.R.O. service will handle the hassle of visa stamping for your employees or business partners. The medical card is a mandatory requirement for the visa stamping process. We will assist you in obtaining a medical certificate and medical card from the Ministry of Health before the visa is stamped in the passport. Please send (email link) a copy of the passport, 4 personal photos, and the appropriate government fees before 3 p.m. to begin the visa stamping process the next day. We will deliver the completed medical card within 3 days. To complete the visa stamping, the immigration department requires the following documents: original passport, original work visa (entry permit), original medical certificate, 7 passport-sized photos, residence visa fees, completed insurance form, signed and stamped residence visa forms by the sponsor. Normally, the residence visa is stamped in the passport within 10 days and is valid for 3 years.
